My family

Wow, hearing stories about all of my classmates families makes me feel bad. A lot of you come from huge families and all i have is a mom, dad and a brother. But, i wouldnt trade any of them for anything...Overall, including my cousins and aunts and uncles, i have a very big family. I have 5 aunts and uncles then their spouses and seventeen first cousins and 3 second cousins, just on my moms side of the family. We are all very close and all come together on every special occasion you can think of. Have any of you ever seen the movie "My Big Fat Greek Wedding??" well, if you have then you know they are big, loud and eat all the time. That is my family 100% especially the grandma, always cooking things for you even if you tell her your not hungry. Grandma says "are you hungry?" you say "no thank you grandma" and her response is "okay, I will fix you something big and yummy!" There is no saying no to her when it comes to food! Well, this is basically what my family is about, they are crazy, loud and fuss all the time but I love every single one of them!! :)

My favorite words

My favorite word is amazing! I love to use this word because it means causing great surprise! Who doesn't like surprises? I can use amazing to descibe almost anything I think about or see. For an example the weather is amazing today or I'm having an amazing day! I think amazing is the best word that anyone ever came up with. Another reason I love this word is because when I look outside, I'm amazed at everything I see and how nature is made and put together.My second favorite word would have to be beautiful. This word has an amazing meaning, having qualities that delight the senses. I love to take time our of my days and look at things and see the beauty in things that sometimes appear to be ugly. Behind any bad thing is a little bit of beauty, it's just harder to find the beauty in some things than in others. Another reason I like this word so much is because it just makes me feel good to hear or say the word. Beautiful is a bright, happy word. My last favorite word is softball. I love to hear the word because it makes my day so much better because I love the game. When I hear the word softball, my mind goes back to all the long days and weekends my team and I spent playing softball as a team and winning games! Softball is such an amazing sport. Some people probably thing this is a dumb word to be a favorite, this word means so much more to me than just a sport, its a lifestyle! :)

my least favorite words

My least favorite word in the whole wide world is whatever. When I ask someone a question and their answer is whatever, it drives me crazy. To me whatever means they don’t care and don’t have an opinion about anything. Everyone has an opinion or a thought about everything, no matter if you hate it or love it; you’re still going to have an opinion. When I ask a question I want an answer not a whatever attitude and response.
My second least favorite word is bored. I really dislike this word because I hate to be bored. Just thinking of the word and its meaning makes me tired, who likes to be bored? I know I don’t for sure! Being bored is not fun and since it’s not fun I don’t want anything to do with it.
Lastly, my third least favorite word is Satan. Or better known as the Devil…this is the worst word in the whole world. The definition for Satan is the chief evil spirit. Who in their right mind would like a word with a meaning like that? Just to say the word makes me feel weird. I know I picked some very weird words, but, these are bad words in my opinion.
